Carter's fav. part was standing behind this wall kinda thing that Joel built so the kids wouldn't run into a tree. Carter would stand by it and throw snow at everyone as they would pass by. He thought it was so funny.
Funny Story- So awhile ago the 1st time it snowed we were so excited to go out and build a snowman. Little did we know the snow sucked for building a snowman. We talked it up so much with Carter we couldn't just give up so we tried so hard (well mostly Joel) to make this sad excuse of a snowman. It was funny Carter kept calling it a baby snowman. That's him looking at it probably thinkin my parents suck =)
So much happened around Christmas. We went to my family on Christmas eve and had a dinner and did all the fun stuff we do on Christmas eve. Then Christmas morning we did our thing at our house and went to Joel's parents for breakfast. Nate got to call this year so back to my parents house we went so we could hear from him. Which was a highlight of this Christmas. Anyways I wasn't even going to post any pics cuz we had to many and I didn't even know where to start but when I saw this one I couldn't resist. This is the face Carter pulled when he came around the corner and saw all the presents under the tree. Priceless! You can tell how much fun we had this year just by the look on his face!!

I love Carter's face. It's so fun when they are that age and so excited about Christmas. I'm sad my kids are getting older so it's not quite so exciting.

I'm still laughing so hard at your snowman!!!! The best part is that you can totally see he is secretly blaming you two for the suckyness! (like any kid would for sure) I can't believe you caught that perfect Christmas day face, a total classic.
Sledding was a lot of fun. Eventhough I have turned into a chicken. And I can't get over his face on Christmas day. I just love it!
